newbie with cw 800's with scrambled channels
Hey all. I just got a new cw 800s receiver and installed it with the CW-800S Firmware: Version 1.0 from captiveworks.com. I got the right satellite Echostar 6, 8 (110) The quality & signal strength are good but im getting scrambled channels. My landlord who has the satellite dish is not familiar with CW and is not available. Anyone give me any assistance?

did you enable patch
f1 000 on the remote
patch enabled will appear on the screen

i press f1 (botton left button under sat) 000 and video settings come out?

when you press f1 on remote the letter h should appear on the front of the box then press 000 or 0000

If I remember correctly, you will need to load 1.93 first that asks you for a serial number. Once you load 1.93 then load 1.99. Then make sure patch is enabled. Then wait for autoroll to find the keys (2 to 5 minutes). You should have TV.
