Receiver vs. remote
Hi,
I have a GlobalCast receiver and for the last few days, the receiver doesn't answer the commands from the remote. I bought a new remote and I have the same problem. I called tech support and I was told that it is the receiver. Did this ever happened to anyone? If yes, is there a quick fix to it?
P.S. The receiver works fine. The only problem is that I have to push the button on the receiver itself which is very unconvinient if you need to go from channel 42 to channel 289 and vis versa:-)
