They're right about the new fix, but you still have a valid question. Sometimes you need to load the factory bin before the latest bin. Look in the file section for 7000 and you should find a "factory file" or "factory bin".

If it's not there, private message me and I'll help you out. You don't need it today, but will likely need it sometime in the future.
