As long as it has the "----" on the box, thankfully it can be fixed. This has been happening to allot of ultras lately and its happened to me atleast 3 times. One thing i noticed is that you can usually tell when it will do that because when you put in your USB Stick, the message "Initializing USB Port" usually stays on, or atleast this has happened to me the past 2 times. Your reciever can be fixed by following this guide by using your NULL cable that came with your receiver, a viewsat factory file and loader 2. Here's a little guide on how to do it
