Turn the
Unit off from front and back-then disconnect from power source..
Next disconnect the Sat-coaxial from the
Unit - just isolate box from all connections...including TV..
Reconnect after a pause of say 2-3 minutes..power back up after reconnecting all cables..power from remote...wait for new file fix dl clean new file fix n hope ur back watching ur fav show again..
