I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE. I ALREADY HAD PAID AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TWO MONTHS AGO, AND A FEW MINUTES AGO I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER MEMBERHIP FEE, BECUASE THE SYSTEM LOST MY NAME AND MY PASSWORD. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAN TO GET MORE MONEY FROM MEMBERS LIKE US. THERE IS NO TELEFONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM OF THIS MAGNITUD AND EMAILS GO UNANSWERED. OH! BY THE WAY IT TAKES THEM FOR EVER TO FIX A FREEZING ISSUE. VIEWSAT ULTRALITE FREEZING

Hey Sorry you are having such difficulty. But this is the best site i have every seen. They are very honest and helpful. I know they will straighten out your billing issues. Not sure why no phone number , but hold tight they will get it fixed. thanks and good luck.

Just from my point of view, I have had no problem with my membership for the past 7-8 months or so.
usualy a problem is resolved within 2-8 hours or so and this last time we had unintrupted service for almost a month or so.
hope your experience be better from now on.

I have two receivers a Viewsat Pro and an Ultra lite. I have good signal but they both keep freezing for the couple days can someone please help me I don't know because they have been working fine.
