Please help ... !
I am a new member, and a bit lost as to where to post and ask questions. I am trying to subscribe for three months for approx. $18 dollars, and then I can't get to PayPal to make the payment. Either I am being blocked or else.
So far I have lost a few hours without making any headways. Perhaps someone can help a new lost member??????
