Problems Posting Today - ABA DSS

I am unable to post in Announcements...something about cookies?
Also posting replys to others...I have to refresh the page to see my post. I get an error message for each time I post.
If you hit post again, it says it's a duplicate post from a minute ago.
Site construction? I rebooted my computer...same thing.

Tried to start a thread in general discussion because I have a few questions I'd like to ask. It lets me fill in the title, but not the body.....help?

Mods, if you see anyone else has this problem it is the same thing from before. just tell them to click in the box and start typing. it should show up even though there is no cursor at first.
