having problems with key data

hey i am having problems with the key data. it is not showing up on screen. have veiwstat ultra. please help. got files downloaded ok but can not find the key data .......thanks in advance

Is this your first time? Did you load the Factory bin? You need to load the factory bin then the latest file bin. And you will see the key DATA. My 2 cent.

This is my first time doing this. I did not see anything stating something about the factory bin. Where would I locate this at please? Thank you.

Go to the download section of VS ultra and look for factory bin 119. I think you need to registered and subcrip. So you can access this file(download).

I think that you have to load an opkey to the receiver,doesn't matter wich one.
