receiver down

I have a Ariza 700 and when downloaded new program 292c computer says download complete, clicked ok front screen on treceiver flashed ---- and then comes up -11- then switches to on, itdoes not go back to channel and have nothing on tv- no menu or anything tried old program again and still have nothing any suggestions ?
