Subscription change???

How do I stop the recurring monthly charges? I currently have the ticket tech support, but want to change to the download only. I donj't want to end up getting charged for both. Thanks

go to paypal and you can cancel your subscription there.

If your VISA is used for your PayPal account then you have to do it through PayPal.

If not then I would open a PayPal account using your VISA that way you can use a PayPal account to do things.

I can't find in my pay-pal account where to change my subscription. Can you do it on your end? I want to change to the download only membership
