Paid to upgrade membership for what

I do not know what is the deal here but i paid to upgrade my membership through PAYPAL, Subscription number is S-5Y628651HY688422B.
Allthough i have paid i still can't get no access to downloads, all i get from Moderators is i have to be a paid member, WELL I AM.

I would like to thank all that responded to my posts about me paying to upgrade and getting nothing in return for my money, as i still do not have any access even though i have a receipt saying that IE Entertainment was paid in full for a one year membership.

Many attempts to get some kind of info as to what i spent my money on has basically been futile.

Good way to make money though guys.

this is a site of honour. if you legitimitely subscribed to the site your needs will be taking care of 100%. you may have some glitches that need to be rectified thats all. patience is a virtue.

i looked at your account and it shows you paid with an e-check and that your payment has not cleared. if you login to paypal and look at the transaction, under status it shows:

Date:
Apr. 28, 2007 Time:
13:24:06 PDT Status:
Uncleared (Expected Clearing Date: May 7, 2007)

this usually happens when you pay with an unconfirmed payment method like an echeck. paypal doesn't send notification to our system that you have sent a payment until payment clears. if you want to pay with a confirmed payment method i can cancel your other payment.

well I paid and im in .for others that have problems ive read .that your email has to be the same here and at paypal.

yea thats no longer the case, back a while ago it was the only way it could be done, but we have upgraded our software and it is a lot more flexible

Thank you for the info this is what i wanted a couple days ago was info.

I have been using PAYPAL now for some 7-8 years and never had this kind of confussion, I have never had a payment through PAYPAL that took some 10-11 days before.

I did check my PAYPAL and it in deed does say that it expects to clear in 7 days.

I would like to appologize for my getting so upset, but i was only going off the E-mail from PAYPAL saying that the payment was sent on April 28-2007.

Iam contacting PAYPAL about the message they sent me, because they shouldn't be sending out the E-mails like that saying that "payment has already been sent for your subscription".

Again please accept my appologe for this misunderstanding that i now know it was PAYPAL that errored in their messaging.
