Ticket Based Tech Support

Hi all, been away for awhile due to a family reunion. When I came back I see posts with the same concern I had in paying for VIP membership with Tech support. For free you get access to the forums. But to get downloads for BIN files you have to have VIP Support which is $59/year. Ticket Based Tech Support includes VIP support plus the ability to enter hellp tickets to get special help thru a different area OFF the forum for your problems and costs $100/yr.

However, the place to enter a ticket hasn't worked since I joined. I was told insteas you just enter questions on the regular forum and you would get priority. The moderators are so good here that ANYONE gets fast support so that extra $40 buys you nothing. I'm not complaining as $100/month is cheap for the support you get here. I was paying that every month... plus more for PPV when I wanted it. So I got my money back in one month plus watched all the PPVs! But I just think the membership thing needs to be reworked. In my mind they should give a trial of 30 days for everyone and then require anyone that wants to continue to use the forum to pay a yearly fee of $25 just to have access to the site, or $75/year to have access plus download capability. Last I looked, Microsoft charged $35+/hour for a question. If you call a computer service to help you on your computer, you are looking at around $70/hour. So $75/year is peanuts for the support you get here.

hi i only wanted a mounth and ended up with a year at 85.00 tryed to find were to stop it and i couldnt . , also i hit a button that said i gave another 10.00 . did i if so why . email me at redwingcer779@aol.com please thanks don

agreed it is a good deal, but we want as many people to be able to use the site as possible. also, there is nothing preventing people from just signing up for a new fake account.

Not to be princess raincloud here... but I noticed your last line about needing blogs so I clicked on it to read some.... the ones that have a link on the word HERE bring up page not found on your site. Just didn't want to you be bored after you're done with those 400 private messages so thought I'd find something else for you to do.
