Paid twice, only credited once

Responding to an e-mail notice from ABADSS regarding the pending expiration of my account, I went to Paypal and paid for a three month extention. I got a receipt immediately from Paypal, and that was 10PM on August 1, 2007. The next day I got an e-mail, perportedly from Paypal, that my backup credit card (which was not used) had expired, and that ABADSS had been notified, and that the payment had failed, and that it would try to do it again on August 5. That e-mail was sent at 2AM on August 2, and I thought it was an e-mail phishing attempt. I verified with my bank that the $18.97 had been extracted by Paypal. Then I checked Paypal, and sure enouth the $18.97 was successfully withdrawn from my checking account and paid to IE Entertainment on August 1. It also showed that there was now a subscription created, and I was confused. I discovered that on August 5th, my bank account was charged another $18.97, and that Paypal had paid IE Entertainment once again. But when I visited the membership subscription page, I found that it is set to expire now on November 4th, whereas it should now show February of 2008 instead. I wish I could find a means of airing this problem via a confidential e-mail, but I could not find the contact information on the site.

I will let the Admindv know about it but you also need to go to your paypal account to see if you have a double subscription and if so cancel one.

the email says that if you are not set to recurring then your subscription will be canceled. If it is set to recurring then you don't need to do anything. you signed up for two subscriptions. Then, it shows that you disputed the charge as unauthorized which told the system that the last payment was not valid. i have set your subscription to end nov 08
