vince, your subscription has been active as of the 18th. we have thousands of paid subscribers and some people get angry when their subscriptions are not activated immediately. generally, subscriptions are active immediately after payment, unfortunately during periods of high traffic, the server fails to record some transactions because when paypal sends the notification to the server, it is too overloaded to receive it. Usually this is not a problem because the server will not allow people to purchase subscriptions. But you must have purchased when the server was not overloaded and when you completed your transaction it was, this is why the subscription did not get activated immediately.
and to be freaking out the way you are freaking out i think is also a little uncalled for. if you wait until the last minute to purchase a subscription you run the risk of running into this problem. Thousands of subscribers are very happy with the site and have no problem. i apologize for the inconvenience, but to imply that my site is a rip off and not reputable is incorrect. I do hope we see you around the site.
