i purchased the package so i could down load new bins. now it is saying that i can't. i orginally wanted to purchase one month at a time, but it would not let me. so i purchased the one year plan, and now it is telling me that my time has expired and i can not down load. i would appricate a very quick fix to the problem either in reenbursment or let me back in to be able to down load.

blessed1, you are set up now. the problem is that ccbill subscriptions are only for one year. I set your subscription active. If you want a one month, you need to subscribe through paypal.

I upgraded my membership about 12 hours ago through paypal. I got an email almost immediately from paypal saying the money had been sent. But, I have not received an email with the activation code. How long does this normally take?

barefoot, don't hijack other people's threads... i check out the prob and it looks like you paid with an e-check via paypal and it is not set to clear until dec 19th. if you want to cancel that and pay with other funds you can do that and have instant access

I apologize. I didn't realize I was hijacking somebody's thread. I seldom use paypal and had no idea it would take 5 days for a payment to clear. I tried to figure out how to cancel it but was unable. I will just wait until the 19th.
