VIP access Problems

I'm a new VIP member...as of 9/14/07. I've been unable to download V1.06 and Bin data. I have a CW600S-Premium.

Keep getting directed to the member upgrade site.

I just paid for VIP service twice by mistake via Paypal ($59.99) on 9/16/07.
