unable to download from site - ABA DSS

I am a vip access member and have been using site for a month or two. I have been very pleased with the site and the great help I get when I have had questions or problems. I however have been unable to download newest bin for my vs plat. I get a live support menmbership prompt after clicking on zip file. I had to get file from a free site this morning becouse I have been unable to get it from the site I pay for, abadss.

Your status shows you as a 'newbie' If you do have a paid membership, try Loging Out of the site and then Login again.
If the problem persists I'd suggest that you contact AdminDV to inquire about your issue.
