Your status shows as VIP, you should be OK to download.
Try loging out of the site and then login again. Let us know if it fixes that problem.

The site is free to join and use all the help information provided here by our staff and members. However in order to keep the site running as only this site runs, there is a small charge required to access our Download sections.

Power down computer and log in. Still unable to download SV1000. OK with download CS6000.

I just ran a download test on both SV1000 and SV1000PVR, they are both downloading good.
Click on the file and instead of Saving use Open. Let us know if it works.

I tried to open and still does not let me in. Download for VIP members only when try to open SV1000. I have no problem with CS download.

I don`t understand you are VIP member and access to Download section,what software are you using? windows xp or vista?
