Charged Twice - ABA DSS

Hello gentlemen (and ladies). I have been a vip member since april. I recieved a notification that my membership was about to expire and I should renew. I clicked the ling and was sent to tha paypal page where you choose your membership. This time I chose liive support for 19.99. A day or so later paypal let me know that I was also charged 8.99 for the vip membership. When I checked my setting it appears I have two subscriptions - vip and live support. I hope I don't have to explain that this makes no sense. Can you please rectify this situation. Thank you.

i think i know why you had it on auto renew and then you did it again .. just check here adminv will fix it for tonight when he gets here .. sorry bud it happens .. the boss will take care of ya

First, you need to log in to your PayPal account and cancel the VIP subscription or the live support subsription...that choice is yours, but i would say that unless you just have no idea what you are doing, the VIP subscription would be adequate (you can still ask all the question you want and search the site for any information you may need).

Second, go to the technical & registrations section and post the double payment problem there...I did the same thing when i decided to change to yearly subscription....they cleared it up in no time.

Thanks for you help. I sorted out paypal. but i went to that thread and it is closed. thats why i started a new one. Do i need to call or something.
