site does not display properly
... since the recent updates to the site, ABDASS does not display properly on my system. FWIW, I'm running the Safari browser : Version 3.1.1 (4525.18), on Mac OS X ver. 10.4.11.
I am able to visit other sites which have a similar layout as ABADSS, without this display problem.
How to describe it? ... it seems like the leftmost frame gets pushed under the rightmost frame ["Top Dealers", "What's New"] so that the message content is beneath (and hidden by) the "What's New" column. Consequently any thread or message that I am reading is rendered illegible.
➡I've done an screen capture that best demonstrates the problem HERE:

regrettably... " no".
Please see: hxxp://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=sghidg&s=3. :
It's about a week after my original post, and this is a screen capture that I have made just a few minutes ago...
It now appears that the "overlapping frames" problem is still here. or has resurfaced.

I have been trying to track this down. Here is the conclusion (sent via PMs):

It does not seem to appear in the (showthread) ... only when I go into a thread and read a post. then it's a matter of a second or two, then the "what's new" etc.. frame on the right of my broswer covers up the content of the screen (as demonstrated in the screen capture of my post about the problem.
... I hope this helps to point you towards the problem..

Yes, it does, actually. If its only happening on the post page (which is showthread), it's probably because of the bad coding of a certain plugin, which causes the page to become w3c invalid. A very standards-strict browser can easily choke on it. Unfortunately, that would mean the fix is disabling the plugin in question, which I don't think is an option. I'll bring it up, though, with the owner.

It would be preferable if other Macintosh users would also provide some feedback about this. Regrettably, it prohibits and discourages me from participating in the discussions on this site...
OTH, I would not like it to seem that I'm causing a hassle... :-(
... nor is that my intention...

Re: site does not display properly
Is it true that FireFox users are having an issue still with the site viewing, etc? I can't vote on the poll when I sign in....says security mismatch.....etc.
Not a big problem, but didn't know if it is just me. At least I'm able to get ino the site easier now. Thank you for all your hard work and making this site even better than anyone imagined!!! I'm a believer and I love it!!
So please don't think I'm complaining, just brining up a fact. Have a great day!

Re: site does not display properly
I'm using Firefox and had to change the display mode to Hybrid. It works, just screen is a little different than what I have always been used to. At least the opening post is not over to the right...
