Upload a GIF and it turns to jpg - ABA DSS

I wanted to upload an animated picture to my signature but it converts the file after I upload it.

Does anyone know why that happens or how I can upload an animated picture without linking to an external site.

I dont see how the file would change to a jpg from a gif ...
Are you making sure the image conforms to the size requirements?
I had this problem in my amination gif, and when i resized it it worked fine...
If it is indeed a jpg you can get a free converter via web search to convert the image to a gif...

Its an animated gif and when I upload it, it turns into a jpg and loses the animation a stays still

upload it here buddy i'l take a look at it.
just remember animated gif's in sigs will bog down loading pages for dialup users.
if its small tho i 'l add it to your sig.but best to just use a small jpg if you want one.then you don't slow down the site for others.
