No signal issue

A Coolsat works fine....no problem but sometimes it just give a no signal message...... Tyhe configurations seems to be right because it works fine 50% of the time.......... Any suggestion what the problem could be...? How can it be stabilized and receive signal all the time.......?

try checking your connections inside and out. make sure the dish is securely bolted down. if you have a switch, try to locate it as close to the receiver as possible. you may also have to tweak your dish alignment, maybe skew it if 1 sat is less signal than the other.
