Hi everyone,

I am new to this and I already have a problem. My problem is that I was doing an update with the new files and it got stucked. The screen said DO NOT TURN OFF !! but then it was stuck on there for about 20 minutes. After waiting too long, I decided to turn everything off. Well, now the receive is getting "----" instead of the "0000" it normally does. I tried pulling the plug to reset but still the same thing happen. Could someone tell me what I need to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need the Loader 2 and the latest Factory file to fix your problem.
