Toolbar in Spanish

This is not really a life or death problem, just a little frustrating.
I started a thread and have replied to others with the same concerns, but have not seen any response by anyone in Admin. Is there a way to fix this, the abadss007 toolbar is partial Spanish. This is just one of the threads.
