Dont have Pay Pal - ABA DSS

Hi
I used to be a paid subscriber but I cancelled my pay pal because someone was seriously trying to fraud me. I would like to pay a different way, I asked once before but no one ever answered me.
I would like to do this ASAP, as I need some files.

Third option in the link below reads like this.
