Paid subscription/no service

I've been a member for a long time, paypal makes payments to your company, once a month every month. I'm trying to aqiure the bin for cw800pvr. Everytime I put in my name and password it gives me a message telling me my payapl payment may not have been processed. I've been using this site for probably 2 years. Please correct the problem.
