i'v been using abadss for 2 years paying every month, I'm trying to download a BIN . I'm getting a message saying this is for members only maybe your paypal payment has not been processed. I have direct withdrawl i pay every month. This is the second time i've posted here because I cannot see the first post. I hope the problem is resolved, otherwise my next call is to paypal to cancel my subscription

Like I stated in your other post in the live support section. We can not help you, only the admin can look into payment issues. Just be patient and he will get on and look into it for you. Also try sending a PM too him if you are not satisfied with what i have said.
