e-mails

i keep getting e-mails every time someone adds a post to any thread i'm envolved in. i've turned off everything i can find that has to do with receiving e-mails and i'm still getting them. can someone please explain how to end this tomfoolery.

Or do it this way. Go to User Control panel at top of page, pick settings and options, then edit options, under messaging and notification, click the drop down arrow, highlight do not subscribe. This is the step by step, or use the link above for a straight shot...
