Flat cable

Hello,

I live in an apartment and was installing FTA today. I cannot drill holes on the wall and someone mentioned you get flat cables and can run it underneath the door. Does anyone know of any stores who sell that? I looked up on ebay but it will take 4-5 days to get it shipped...I was wondering if I get it in store I can just pick it up, rather than ordering and waiting just for that cable. It looks similar to this:

you can probably get it at any electronic store. Get the phonebook out and make a couple phone calls. good luck
