what are the rules may I ask for uploading attachments?

If it's a picture it's usually best to host them somewhere else like photobucket and then just insert the link. What type of attachments where you thinking about.

info in pdf form(webloader use instructions including screenshots)for the nFusion.

If this is the case load it up and usually a mode has to approve it and if it's not already posted it will usually get approved and if it's valuable it can become a sticky. If it's a c&p of someone elses work make sure you give credit to the author. i.e C&P from buffman.

the reason I'm asking is my attachments are turned off..
is there another way that you guys prefer I "load it up"

Did you hit the "Go Advance". I'm really not sure what levels different permissions are granted.

I believe that is the problem ( levels different permissions are granted)..
and if it is thats fine ,It's not a problem, I am member of several other sites and have been for many years , its just something I'm used to having..

Levels usually change with amount of posts. I'm not sure if this is the case though.
