Paid Membership
If someone would like to terminate his paid membership, how does he inform this site administrator? Alternatively, how does somene terminate the membership for the time being?

My CW was freezing for days. I loaded 2.00 and now it is down completely. What do I do now? I can't link to 2.02 to download.
The system says I am not a member even though I paid for my upgrade subscription. I am not really technically saavy and am frustrated and a tad p-o'd.
I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY!

To cancel your account subscription:
1. go to paypal.com
2. sign into your account
3. click history
4. on drop down menu pick show "subscriptions"
5. look for "IE Entertainment" click details
6. click cancel
