Need help with setup

Im new to FTA and im having some problems with getting it programed. i have got a captiveworks cw-800s receiver and i have the new keys downloaded but when i scan for channels it shows that i get like 368 channels but when i go to veiw them it is just a blank screen or it says scrambled channel. if you could please help me out and maybe give me a few ideas it would be great. Thanks!

Hello and welcome. Since this is the first time loaded you need to press the F1 button then 000 and make sure it say's patch enabled.

I tried this and it says that the patch was already enabled. So i have no idea what im not doing right. this isnt as easy as it looks.

you have settings problems bro. we need more info about the provider,lnb,dish and how many sats are you pointed
