Why is the chatbox encrypted with non-English?

1) I cannot participate in the Chatbox because I have no idea what is being said. I can speak 3 languages, but in America, I use English and encourage others to do the same.

2) Abadss needs to establish some ground rules for the Chatbox so all members can participate and benefit from the service.

Sorry for the challenge, but it needed to be addressed.

spanish and english speakers are on abadss among others, the chat box is not only for english speakers. It is for everyone. if you cant understand someone, carry on your own conversation in your own language
