Ok, this is what happen, i'm new and I bought the downloads only membership for $85.00 everything went fine, it was the ccbill that charged my cc, I could not pick the other membership because It was paypal only. I tried to download the latest fix and it says members only or something like that. and it also says upgrade vip, what does this mean? Do I have to spend more money? I just want be up and running. please help thanks!!

This is EXACTLY what happened to me today!! I paid by credit card because I didn't want to use Paypal. I paid $110 Cdn and got an acknowledgment from CCBILL LLC along with a subscription ID number.

In the email they sent me there's a line that says: Your membership access information is: ---and then nothing!! I'm not a happy camper. I want to download the files from the service I paid for. Please forward me the information and my access information.

Admindv will help you out when he sees this. One thing I thought that I read when using the CCbill it takes little longer to get setup verses using the paypal method. I don't quite understand why this would be, but I'll see if I can find the information for you. Thanks for being patient. What files are you waiting for?

5-7 days to clear, are you kidding me???!! I'd get faster service by using the post office! I'm looking for the latest Viewsat Ultra files. If you can email the zip to me that would be great. Email it to xxxxxx@xxxxxx. That's not my registered email but it will do for cionfidentiality purposes on this site.
