Subscription Refund - ABA DSS

This operation is a fraud!! I paid $99 for a years' subscription to get help with my satellite installation & I've spent hours trying to get downloaded files with no avail. I've tried for months to cancel this subscription and can't even though I was told I could cancel at any time and get a refund for the remainder of my subscription. I'm going to report this scam to PAYPAL and have them try to either get me partial refund or at least alert them to this scam operation!!!

Hey there Paul

While I underdstand your frustration, asking for a refund because you did not access the system for two months is akin to not wanting to pay your car loan, because you didn't really drive your car all that much ... the reality is that you did have the ability to access the system, perhaps you (for whatever reason) opted not to.

I can assure this system is not a SCAM, no one is out to cheat you.

The reason I haven't accessed this site for months is precisely why I wanted out of this subscription, namely the lack of the support I signed up for. I asked to cancel out of this subscription back in January when nothing I tried to do worked. There was no point in returning to this site and not getting anything for my effort. If this is no SCAM then refund me the proprtional amount for the rest of the time not used from now!

I have been with this site for a little over a year now and the moderaters and site helpers have been here for me when i needed help answering questions that i have had in a timely fashion i can assure u this is not a scam this is the # 1 site out here that i have found for my HOBBY. and im sure they will take care of u.

I've not been satisfied with this site since I joined. I tried for over a month to get file updates and never was able to open any of the "zip" files posted. I tried three different zip types - namely WinRar, Winzip, Izip - and none worked. I use the same decompression pgms and have no trouble. All I got were add'l pointers to other links which didn't work. I requested my subscription terminated in January and never got a response. I was villified for being upset with my "SERVICE/HELP" saying I only used the site for a month. I wish to terminate this subscription & have whatever balance is let credited to my paypal account that was charged.
