The port open the bin loads. But when I power up and on the receiver to upload and click start nothing happen. I have used the the ariza 2500 several times and I thought the uploaders work similar by turning off and on the receiver. I am lost I have try every way I can get it to upload to the receiver. have you tried pushing start on the uploader first then turn on your receiver. that was my proplem at frist
