Hey carp i loaded the 118 fac file and ended up with --.. I have it back up with tomcats fail fix but it still wont take current bin,lol I love my Ultra I hope that this file did'nt jack it up permanently,GH warned us about the fac files now are basically all trash,and I now know that he is correct.I will use cw600p until vs releases a new fac file.Sorry dude but this fac file is junk 2.

I just got a VS2000 Ultra and was starting to navigate through things and it seemed to doing OK hooked to a DishNet 500.

Now all I have on the green LED screen is P.2. and I can get nothing from the unit. Should I return for refund, it is only two weeks old and 2 days hooked to the dish?

Ultra is great, its the person that is trying to program it that has the problem. It is the easiest to maintain of all the others that I have used. Its a breeze.

WRITE YOUR ANTENNA SETTING DOWN FIRST THEN GO TO SYSTEM INFORMATION HIT THE FACTOR DEFAULT 3 TIMES THAN EXIT THAN RESET YOUR ANTENNA SETTING THAN DO A SCAN OF THE SAT TO GET THE CH. BACK GOOD LUCK

sorry, the channels were not missing they just won't auto roll. I tried rescanning any way, now channels are missing. help me please. thank you. also on echo7 tp freq at 12224 tried changing to 12239 but always goes back to 12224. thanks for any help you may have

go To Antenna Set Up Reset Your Setting Your Lnb And Your Ports Like 7 119 Is Port 1 And 8 110 Is Port 2 Than Hit Exit Save Ok Than Go To Auto Scan To Scan Your Sat Again You Should Get Them Back

tried that it did not work, never have had any problems with the ultra before. i have an extreme it is still working fine on 080514x bin. should I try another bin?thanks, jwl

set Your Setting The Same As The Extreme Ps Are You Trying For Dn Or Bev? The One I Am Using Is 080522u For Dn Hope This Helps
