go to the download section under viewsat. you will need a loader , what model is the viewsat 2000?

The Ultra can be flash via null modem cable or USB drive.
Just download the files you need, copy them into the USB drive, plug it to your box and upload.

Guys you need to load the bins from 12/22/07 or 12/26/08, to be able to watch Tv without a continues freeze after the last ECM. (Ultras, Xtreme or Platinum)Viewsats. Works fine.

Hi; Think I might have done just that. My VSU2000 started at #1,after deleating sat. then program file update, ran all night. this morning it was at 1002. restarted it and it started again. do not receive a sat. signal according to screen. Is this norm. Thanks

i have a vs platinium, an a ultra my ultra was running fine until yersterday, now is on autorool i put bin 071222u an 071226u that dont work is the same for the platinium to can some one help plzzz

I have VSultra, and I read that some of you are still watching
regular channels VS ultra but my box is not receiving only few channels I do not
what my box needs I think that my box has 131.1 or something close (number) to
this number. Someone help me please. I would like to watch atleast the regular
and locals. Help Please.

I saw this post 2 days ago but then I wanted to upgrade my receiver from Pantec 2500 ultra to Pansat 2700 and ended up with a box that won't do anything. I tried following the info I received but had a hard time to download as it was also my 1st time. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem as the light is only flashing on the panel. Do I nneed to subscribe to technical help???

Note/I have a Viewsat ultra v2 on the way and this is coming from an authorized viewsat dealer that the manufature also comfirms with the same ID number so hopefully this wont be a clone it does look safe and i did call them personally to make sure and it all looks good.
But with all the problem regarding the lock ups im even afraid to use it at this point when it comes in tomorow.
Any suggestions and should i wait for updates or can i get the latest bin.

i had some trouble dwn lding this file but stayed with it and finally put the factory bin,then the new one then a hard boot and bingo but i scaned and blind scanned so far so good .
