Power Off Back Button
When I power off (in the back button) my viewsat Ultra loss all the programming channel, is it normal or something wrong with the viewsat, please let me know.

Doing a hard reboot shouldn't cause you to loose all your channels. I would load the factory bin and then the latest bin. Then rescan the birds. Let us know how you turn out...
