No Info on 85% of Channels

Hi, new to FTA. Is there anyway to get the info to show up on the channels? Some channels have info, there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which channels and why. All of my VU channels are NO INFO. By the way I'm running Nimig 1,3 BEV 91. West.

Also another question I have is.

What is the LNB supposed to be set to? I have it set to universal and receive all channels. I was told to set it to standard, but when I do, I cannot receive some channels, it just says searching for signal.
