no tv channel
hi, can anyone help, bev says no tv channel.....what could it be?

I tried loading the latest fil but still no luck, I set it back to factory settings then loaded the 1.19 factory bin and the latest PGM file too. nothing worked...any other ideas

Check and make sure you don't have your cables crossed on your STB. Cable from LNB goes to 18v input...

thanks for your quick reply....I went to look at my dish and a ladder is resting on it (blown there from the wind) so it must have moved...sorry

That happens every now and then, glad it was that simple. When you go back up to align it, take you a black permanent marker. After you get it aligned, use the marker and draw a circle around where the bolts on the dish are. This way, if it ever moves again, you'll have a original set point to move to...
