missing some channels

I used the pdf file how to rescan my channels and then loaded latest bin, i am getting most channels---no 500 ppv's, no espn, music wise missing the one channel i enjoy Margaritaville (6031)--i have the viewsat ultra--I scanned in 110 and 119, can i scan in any other ones or did i do something wrong??
