where do I find files for the viewsat ultra?

I've just bought a house with the viewsat ultra receiver and I've had a nightmare of a time with it (its the first time I've had to work with them or any sat box in general)
I've received 2 .pgm files, both of which gave me channels for about 2 days, then slowly I lose channel by channel. Last night, I lost them all.
Can someone tell me how to find the newest file? I know how to load the file, but I'm going bonkers trying to find it!

islandgirl welcome! please dont post help request in the download section use the help section for your reciever

Easiest place is the forums. After signing in click on "new posts". At hte bottom of each page is the forum drop down menu. Scroll until you see your receiver and you will find all the latest files. There are forums specific to each receiver. This is a great site for info. Rareley have to ask for anything.... welcome and good luck.
