Viewsat Freeze fix made easy

the easiest way to unlock the bin freeze on bev. your remote wont work even after shutting it off from the rear?
do this.
shut off the receiver. unplug your sat cable from the back of your receiver.
turn on receiver. your remote now is functioning again and freeze is gone.
turn it back off.
screw cable back in presto. turn it back on and voila. working again.
now load the dn/bev fix.
sometimes its the easiest solution to a seemingly difficult task.

Have to remember that one. Seems to me that this box seems to do this often,am I correct?

thanks for the help with my ultra i have the newest bin installed it was frozen now with your help it is working but when i try too use channel guide it freezes up again i am only using bev is there something i am doing wrong never had any problems before this new file.
