noob needs a little help

Hello, this is my first post. I have a VS Ultra, with dish 500 and DP+ lnb. I am missing ppv channels 525 thru 537, everythig else is good. How can get get these missing channels? Can they added without rescanning channels? I have tried auto scan, which gives me very few channels and channel scan, which leaves me with what I have now. I can't figure out what I an doing wrong.Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Which .bin file are you using? And which specific channels are you missing?
