lost some channels after new bin normal? - ABA DSS

after loading new bin i'm missing a bunch of channels,the ones missing have aroung 55-65 S but the Q is 0 this never happened before and i never touched the dish or anything just the reciver

Same thing for me will not lock during scans
Have tried channel, auto and blind scan.
TSN is one of channels missing.
It seems pol-H channels will not scan ??(from the channel
scan page)
Any ideas??

do u have low signal 55-65ish and 0 quality. this is what i have now but never before i wonder if it's part of this new bin file or if it's somthing elese

this may be a longshot, but a buddy of mine was missing channels on his ultra. so after checking a few things, we checked "antenna settings" and his lnb setting was not on "standard" i can't remember what it was on, but when i set it to standard, he got his missing channels back. I've noticed after not having box plugged in, or not used for awhile, antenna settings can get messed up. just something to try if u havnt already. hope it helps.

I too have noticed some channels at around 50, or under, ive never noticed that before, so maybe theres something to it. it doesntseem to mess anything up thouigh. cheers

hey, it was on OCS-DP, i changed it to Standard but still no change,

try setting lmb setting to norm it worked for me now it's working fine except the delay in changing channels but i'm told that's norm

this may not be your problem but one time i had a werd problem like that . When i would do a auto skan it would skip just a few channels i eaven bought a new reciever it still skip 6 or 8 channels put a new lnb on did 1 auto skan fixed everything so a lnb can be bad an still play most of your channels. i do rember a&e and tv land were two of them because i watch these 2 alot just a hint hope it will help you

Boy am I ever glad I read this thread, I also noticed that I was missing channels. I found a list for bev and noticed that at times I would skip 10 chans. I read Slicksters post and I had same issue with ocs dp for lnb. Re scanned and now have 407 channels on bev.That is counting the french stuff but I was wondering if other readers would post The amount of channels they get after scan. 407 for me.

We are on DN and have been slowly loosing channels, first is was all the movie channels like ppv, hbo's etc. now we have lost all of the regular channel tv land cmt tlc etc, to the point of only having one channel. We've put in all the new codes that are posted but nothing seems to be working still only get the one channel. Have also looked at the LNB but its still on standard. Anyone have any ideas?

which are the bev channels? is this a stupid question. i have 110 and 119 loaded. once i scan nimik bird will bev channels come up. which ones are the bev channels. thanks for your response.

Go to upper right to search and search for dish keys. You will see keys that were posted 8 hours ago for dish.I have the feeling you will need help.......lol. Thats OK!
