Where do you find the newest BIN?

ok never mind i figured out what the pvr loader is. Is there anywhere that i can get a newer version of win zip i think that the one on this comp is way old?

Ok I can't figure this out. I am not comp illiterate, but I am missing something. I have never used win zip before. I have the file unzipped, when I click on the file that ends with PMG it does not automatically go to the first line of the loader. There is also no icon below the word tool to click on to check the COM PORT.
