help with vs ultra

i have viewsat ultra with 2 satelitee dn and bev and put echostar3 on port1 and nimiq1,3 on port 2 but i get probblem changing from echo to nmiq i have i mean if i'm on echo star 3 channel if i want to change to channle on nimiq it wont chane and i have some channel on echosatr 3 is missing any help

Press the "SAT" button on your remote, bottom right hand corner and make sure it is set to all sats.

Are you using a D!SEqC switch?
If you are, then the switch might be bad and needs replacing.
What type of LNBs do you have? and what are the antenna settings on your receiver?

i have lnbs standard and 11250 and diseqc one on port 1 the other on port 2 and antena echostar3 and nimiq1,3

Are you using any switches? if you are, what kind of switch are you using?

LNB Type: OCS-DP (or Standard doe non-DP)

DiSEqC 1.0: Port 1 (May vary depending on your setup)
