Vs Ultra

could someone explain to us why the ultras are freezing at do not power off i visit a lot of sites and this is happening to a lot of people but no one says why this is happening thank you

Most of the times this problem is caused by power failure during file loading or wrong file loading. I never had a problem with my Ultra (knocking on wood)

i have loaded my ultra about 5 times by usb when this problem occured did not have power failure or load wrong file

Try loading the files using the null cable modem.

thats how i load it but i bought it so i would not have to unplug it and take it to comp
